AMAGGI stands out in the global Forest 500 and CDP rankings for its leading socio-environmental strategy
AMAGGI once again stands out in the leading international sustainability rankings, reinforcing the strength of its socio-environmental strategy and its integrated approach to managing risks related to forests, climate, human rights, and water resources.
In the Forest 500, the leading global ranking that evaluates companies and financial institutions on their commitments and actions to combat deforestation, prevent native vegetation conversion, strengthen human rights, and promote transparency, AMAGGI advanced three positions compared to the previous edition. With this achievement, the company now ranks 6th among the world´s best-performing companies, while maintaining its position as the global leader in the soybean sector.
This result adds to another significant recognition. AMAGGI has once again received an A score from CDP in the Forests category, the highest rating that recognizes A-List companies for their strong transparency, environmental governance, and effective management of forest-related risks and impacts across commodity supply chains. In the same evaluation cycle, the company maintained a B score in Climate and achieved a B- in Water, highlighting progress in process structuring, risk identification, and the strengthening of integrated environmental management.

These recognitions reflect the consistency of AMAGGI’s policies, its commitment to supply chain traceability, its structured approach to human rights, the expansion of socio-environmental monitoring, the strengthening of governance mechanisms, and its ongoing engagement with partners and producers.
According to Juliana de Lavor Lopes, ESG and Communications Director at AMAGGI, “the results reinforce a trajectory built with a long-term focus. Being among the leaders of the Forest 500, advancing in the global ranking, and once again achieving an A score from CDP in Forests, with positive results also in Climate and Water, demonstrates the strength of our ESG commitment. We continue to move forward with responsibility, planning, and transparency, mitigating socio-environmental risks and contributing to the sustainable development of agribusiness in Brazil.”, she stated.
The Forest 500 and CDP assessments take into account the quality, scope, and transparency of the information companies disclose, particularly through public commitments, annual reports, and other socio-environmental disclosures. The results reinforce AMAGGI’s ability to integrate agricultural production, competitiveness, and sustainability, in line with the growing global demand for more responsible production and supply chains.
