AMAGGI invests in the diversity of energy generation sources. In addition to managing Small Hydroelectric Power Plants (SHPs) in the municipalities of Sapezal and Campos de Júlio, in Mato Grosso, the company is also implementing photovoltaic plants to capture solar energy in its main farms and warehouses.

Currently, AMAGGI's total electricity production capacity already makes the company self-sufficient, selling the surplus to the National Integrated System, which distributes electricity in Brazil.
