Specialized magazines are reaffirming sustainable management in agribusiness

After reaching unprecedented positions in the country’s top corporate rankings, AMAGGI has also gained prominence in agribusiness and sustainable management specialized publications. The highlights reaffirm the viability of sustainable management in agribusiness, which is AMAGGI’s main mission.

The Guia Exame de Sustentabilidade, published annually by the Exame magazine, is the main reference for sustainable business management in the domestic press, and has highlighted AMAGGI for the fifth time in this year’s edition. The publication selected 78 companies considered to be the country’s most sustainable ones in 19 sectors of the economy.

As an agribusiness representative, AMAGGI was identified as a company that has broadened its approach to sustainability, also covering social aspects in its administration. The magazine highlighted initiatives taken by the company that are aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, as well as its actions aimed at generating a positive impact in the communities where it operates.

A special edition of the Dinheiro Rural magazine that is published in November and is dedicated to the “100 most influential personalities in agribusiness” featured AMAGGI CEO Judiney Carvalho as one of the leaders responsible for consolidating Brazil as a food producer. Besides the president, the Dinheiro Rural list of personalities also includes the shareholder Blairo Maggi. The list was prepared by consultants, journalists and other agribusiness leaders.
