AMAGGI and Inpasa conclude negotiations to form a joint venture

AMAGGI and Inpasa inform their stakeholders and the market in general that, by mutual agreement, they have decided to terminate negotiations for the formation of a joint-venture focused on corn ethanol production.

The decision was made after both companies concluded that they had differing visions regarding the project’s structure and governance, choosing to pursue their own paths at this time. The entire process was conducted transparently, collaboratively, and in full alignment with the principles of good corporate governance.

The companies reaffirm their mutual respect and admiration and will remain open to evaluating future opportunities for cooperation in areas of common interest.
