We offer a dental care plan for oral health care and prevention with ample coverage. There are three affordable options for the employee to choose the one that best suits them and their family’s needs.

Private Pension Plan
Preparing for tomorrow goes beyond working every day. It is about setting goals and organizing strategies for the future. Therefore, we offer our employees a private pension plan called AMAGGIPREV, which aims to contribute to a safer and better retirement.
We have canteens in several units that offer a healthy and balanced diet. In places where there is no cafeteria, we grant a food allowance card, which gives the employee more freedom to purchase food according to their needs.
The benefit is offered to the employee (mother) in order to help with childcare expenses and contribute to the child's well-being until they complete 1 year.
Extended Maternity Leave
We are signatories of the Citizen Company Program, which allows our employees access to extended maternity leave of 180 days to help them care for their baby.
Extended Paternity Leave
Aiming to strengthen the family’s bond and support to the mother after the baby is born, employees have access to extended paternity leave, granting them 15 days to stay with their family.
In gratitude and recognition to those who have been part of our history for years, AMAGGI honors every year those who complete 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years working with the company.
