We understand the importance of a transparent relationship with our stakeholders. To this end, we annually publish our Sustainability Report with information relating to the socio-environmental and governance aspects of our operations in Brazil. It is also through this tool that we report on AMAGGI’s Sustainability Strategy, represented by the Global Sustainability Positioning.
Since 2008, our report has been produced based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines, the most used model in the world, which seeks to establish an international standard for sustainability reports.

All the information reported is associated with the principles of the Global Compact; the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN); and the strategic blocks that structure AMAGGI’s Global Sustainability Positioning.
We review our materiality every three years or when there are significant changes to the business. In 2019, a materiality review was carried out with the participation of approximately 900 stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, NGOs, community leaders and other important actors in our chain.
In 2020, due to the pandemic scenario, we decided to build a revalidation of our material themes through a structured engagement that involved consulting ten internal and external stakeholder groups. Thus, the topics included in the report are defined applying the principle of inclusion of interests and expectations of interested parties and the principle of materiality.
