Commitments to Forests
We are committed to achieving a deforestation and conversion free grain chain, applied to all locations and biomes in which we operate, especially the Brazilian Amazon and Cerrado. We work together with our suppliers, customers, civil society and governments to together achieve this result.

2020 Progress Report
Find out how we have worked for an innovative and sustainable agriculture that is free from deforestation and conversion. In this report it is possible to obtain information on the main fronts of performance and results obtained by the company.
CDP FOREST: AMAGGI
classified as Leadership
The AMAGGI scored A- twice in a row in the CDP Forest, one of the most comprehensive surveys on the care that corporations around the world dedicate to forests in the localities where they operate. In 2019, only AMAGGI and one other company obtained the A- score in the CDP Forest in Brazil. And, following its performance along 2020, AMAGGI was the only Brazilian representative out of eight soy companies in the world to score A or A-
in the survey.
Technology for chain
traceability: ‘ORIGINAR’
We developed an exclusive platform for evaluating suppliers, the ‘ORIGINAR’ (Originate). Based on satellite images and territorial intelligence, the tool allows for the monitoring of grain suppliers from the origin of the product, ensuring sustainable and socially responsible purchases.
Zero deforestation certifications
We have, and encourage, socio-environmental certifications, zero deforestation and conversion:

Partnerships and related initiatives
We believe in the power of partnerships and participation in initiatives to enhance our efforts and thus achieve more robust and lasting results. Always aiming to collaborate to the end of deforestation and conversions relating to grain production, beyond AMAGGI’s chain.
